Cardboard Boxes NI are a leading distributor of Cardboard Boxes & Packaging Supplies across Ireland for business, commercial or residential usage. We are the complete packaging company with over 900 products in stock. We aim to dispatch on the same day we receive your order if received before 12pm.
We only deliver across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

What are your Operating hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Are you Open to the Public?
Our Warehouse just outside Omagh is open to the public, just call out during our opening hours from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm on Fridays. No need to ring in advance.

Our Product range at Cardboard Boxes & Packaging Supplies Ireland – Single Wall Boxes, Double Wall Boxes & Triple Wall Boxes, Die Cut Boxes, Postal Packaging, Eco Friendly Packaging, Gift Packaging and Pallet Supplies.
We have a full range of Protective Packaging – Bubble Wrap, Void Fill, Packing Paper, Air & Foam and Bottle Protection.
We also cater for all types of Tape and Adhesive, along with a large selection of Boxes for Moving House.
Do you manufacture custom sized boxes?
Yes, we manufacture custom sized boxes. If you are unable to find the box you need, contact us directly, providing:
- dimensions by length x width x height in mm
- box strength by Single, Strong Single, Double or Triple wall
- quantity required
- any printing needed on the box
- what date you need the boxes for
- where they are to be shipped to
and we will come back to you with a quote
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day. Our courier companies usually deliver next day across Northern Ireland and 1 – 2 days across the Republic of Ireland.
Collection is available at our Depot outside Omagh, Co Tyrone.
We don’t dispatch on Saturday / Sundays or Bank Holidays.
How can I track my order?
If your delivery address is in Northern Ireland, you will receive a text message on the day of delivery from our OMC Courier with your Tracking Number and details of delivery.
For customers with a delivery address in the rest of Ireland, we can provide a Tracking Number if requested and our parcels are usually delivered through An Post
Do you ship internationally or only locally?
We only deliver across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. We do NOT deliver to England, Scotland and Wales or the Rest of the World.
How much is delivery?
Delivery charges across Northern Ireland begin at £5.99 for orders under £50. Price is then calculated at checkout based on the number of parcels and weight of your order.
Delivery costs to Republic of Ireland begin at €11.99, this will be calculated during checkout and will depend on the number of parcels and weight of your order.
We are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on orders over £120 or €140 during the month of August
We can offer Same Day Delivery across Northern Ireland if the order value is over £400. The order needs to be placed with us over the phone before 10am that day by ringing 0044 28 8224 0950. A delivery charge of £35 applies. This offer does not apply to Republic of Ireland customers.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your delivery prior to signing for it.
If your item is damaged in transit please inform us immediately and arrange a return for a replacement or refund.
Payments & Pricing
Can I set up a Trade Account?
Yes you can set up a Trade Account with ourselves, where we can offer a better rate for bulk buying. To do this, please get in touch and we will send you a Credit Account Form, which offers 30 credit arrangements. Ring 0044 28 8224 0950 or email us at info@cardboardboxesni.com
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit / debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Revolut and PayPal.
Who is your Online Payment Provider?
Our online payment provider is Authipay, provided by AIB Merchant Services (AIBMS) Ireland.
Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?
Our Prices are displayed on our website excluding VAT. So at the Checkout, we list out Total Product Price, VAT Price and Shipping Price. There are no extra hidden fees applied for any goods sent to Northern Ireland or to the Republic of Ireland.
The new €3 customs duty charge per unique item, from 1st July 2026, does NOT APPLY to goods bought on our website and sent to Republic of Ireland. Our customers are exempt from paying this fee.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return or exchange policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days, items must be unused, in good condition and in original packaging where possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
As we aim to dispatch orders on the same day, your order may leave here within a few hours of ordering. If you decide to cancel the order or change it, please contact us asap. If it has not left our premises, we can amend or cancel it for you and refund your payment.
If your parcel has already left here, then we may not be able to stop it in transit. If this is the case, then when your parcel arrives, please contact us to arrange a return.
