Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will accept returned items up to 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Please email us firstly letting us know you are returning an item(s).

Please include a note with your return detailing your name, address and reason for return.
For your protection Cardboardboxesni.com recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Please note the following:
1. The returned item must be unused and neatly packaged on return to us.
2. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
3. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the any item received. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
